The Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) continues to urge the community to get vaccinated and keep coming forward for testing should they experience any symptoms, with 21 new COVID-19 cases reported to 8pm yesterday (4 November).

Seven of the cases are from the Port Macquarie-Hastings, six are from Kempsey and there are four cases each from the Nambucca Valley and Coffs Harbour local government areas.
Ten cases are household contacts of confirmed cases, 10 are linked to a known case or cluster and the source of the infection of one case is under investigation. All cases are isolating.
There have been 332 cases reported in the MNCLHD since the beginning of the current NSW outbreak.
COVID-19 testing rates remain high across the Mid North Coast with 600 tests conducted yesterday including 246 at Port Macquarie, 160 at Coffs Harbour and 107 at Kempsey. .
