Fresh snow fall is hitting all the major peaks, even if the continuing COVID-19 restrictions are keeping snow resorts quiet this year.
The Bureau of Meterology is predicting fresh powder will on anything above 750-1000 metres, depending on the location.

In NSW and Victoria, Thredbo and Falls Creek are seeing 25-50cm. In Tasmania, 1-10 cm will fall around Ben Lomond and Mount Mawson.
Even parts of Canberra saw snow fall, although the temperatures were not cold enough to keep it on the ground.
