A MAN has died following a single-vehicle crash at Jerseyville.

About 10.30pm yesterday, emergency services were called to South West Rocks Rd after a Suzuki Sierra rolled.
The driver and sole occupant, a 50-year-old man, managed to free himself from the vehicle before being taken to Port Macquarie Hospital where he died a short time later.
Police from Mid North Coast Police District are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
