At 2.50pm they received the call that a dirt bike rider had been seriously injured after he came off his bike.
The helicopter landed on the soccer fields at South West Rocks and was met by Ambulance paramedics who transported the 28-year-old male rider to the sport fields.
The man suffered serious leg fractures in the accident.
The helicopter critical care team stabilised the 28-year-old and he was flown to Port Macquarie Hospital in a stable condition.
