Despite the ash and smoke the Fashions on the Field was a hive of activity today at the 2019 Kempsey Cup, with hundreds of locals dressing to impress.

Organiser of Fashions on the Field Christine Shaw said the event was a huge success.
"We had over 100 entrants this year which was incredible," she said.
"Everyone dressed very well and had a good time. The judges had a very hard time choosing the winners.
"The fashions were incredible, everyone really put in the effort."
There were number of categories including ladies under 30, over 30 and over 50, open men's and junior girl and boy.
The Race Club would like to thank all of the businesses who have come on board to donate prizes for the Fashions on the Field and the sponsors of the event.
