Levi, who recently moved to Brisbane, showcased his skill and intensity in his semi-final bout as he continually put his WA opponent on the back foot and out boxed him the entire fight.
Levis' father Jason Langham said the boy from Western Australia didn't have an answer.
"Levi had him fighting off the ropes and out of the corner on numerous occasions," Jason said.
"The kid basically didn't have an answer for Levi's intensity."
The domination became too much for the Western Australian in the third round as Levi forced a stoppage by giving him three standing eight counts in the first 47 seconds.
The victory advanced Levi to take on a strong opponent from Victoria, who tested Levi's ability with his power and dangerous punches at close range.
"Normally Levi likes to be the aggressor and brawl, but he had to pick his moments so that he didn't get caught inside," Jason said.
"Levi gave a few heavy shots, but copped a few more back. Levi was pushing the pace and the busier fighter."
In a close bout, Levi had a point deducted in the second round for leading with his head and he believed this could prove costly.
The deduction forced the former St Paul's College, Kempsey student to pick the pace up to another level in the third round and he landed nine consecutive punches to force a standing eight count and dominate the final round.
Despite Levi's fears, he was judged to have won all three rounds and was crowned the Australian champion.
There's little time to rest for Levi, as he will be back in the ring taking part in a bout that his club, All Star Boxing, are hosting.
Levi's opponent only has three losses and Levi handed him one of the defeats at the Golden Gloves two months ago.
