Close to 600 parents, siblings and special friends enjoyed the annual performance night held in a land 'Far, Far, Away'.
Students from Kindergarten to Year 6 performed various acts, as characters from the Shrek movies, including dancing, acting, skipping and singing.
Father James Foster, Macleay Valley Catholic Parish Priest, attended the night, and thought the performance was "wonderful".
"A huge congratulations to all of the St Joseph's School community for such a wonderful night," Fr Foster said.
"The school should rightly feel very proud and hold its head up high.
"Everyone really enjoyed themselves and it was a privilege to be part of this event and join with the families and the broader community in watching this remarkable spectacular, as we shared the joy of all the participants."

Many of the audience enjoyed dinner and beverages from the 'Swamp Eats' cafe and the 'Swamp Bar' before the show started.
School Principal, Mrs Melissa Turner, was very proud of the high standard of performances.
"I would like to thank our staff and students for all the hard work and effort that went into delivering a wonderful evening of entertainment for our community," Mrs Turner said.
The school looks forward to doing it all again next year.
