A 'Cousins Get Together' has been organised for the descendants of the Kennedy, Batchelor and Allens of Kempsey on Friday September 27 at the Kempsey Macleay Bowling and Sporting Club.

The family has ties that date back to Kempsey as far back as the 1850s.
Margaret (Kennedy) Potter has been tasked with organising the family reunion and more than 50 family members have expressed they will attend.
Ms Potter extends the invitation to any of the descendants and anyone with any connections to attend.
Rod Kennedy, who now resides in America, is a historian and will be in attendance and intends to create a large family tree.
Ms Potter encourages family members to bring memorabilia, photos, stories, information and their own immediate family tree to the reunion.
