As was widely expected, Mrs Pavey - the Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight - will hold the electorate for the Nationals following Saturday's State Election.
Mrs Pavey, who was on a panel of commentators on the election for Channel Nine in Sydney, secured 52.6 per cent of primary votes, and 65.5 per cent on a two candidate preferred basis.
Susan Jenvey (Country Labor) had a primary vote of 20.4 per cent, Dean Saul (Shooters, Fishers and Farmers) had 11.4 per cent, Arthur Bain (The Greens) 12.2 per cent and Debbie Smythe (Sustainable Australia) 3.4 per cent.
On a two candidate preferred basis that left Ms Jenvey in second spot with 34.5 per cent.
Mrs Pavey was gracious on the landslide result.
"Thank you to everyone who has supported me today. Thank you to all my volunteers and my team. Thank you to the community. Thank you to my incredible family. It is an honour and privilege to be elected as your MP. I am humbled and grateful," she said.
"These next four years I will work just as hard as the previous four. You all deserve it. I don't take anything for granted.
"We live and work in the best place in the world and I will keep fighting for better access to services to ensure the unprecedented investment into infrastructure being spent in the region continues.
"Finally, I'd like to give a shout out to (Greens) Arthur Bain who ran a clean and fair campaign."
Mrs Pavey, a onetime radio journalist and a member of the NSW Legislative Council between 2002 and 2015, made the move to the Lower House when she succeeded Andrew Stoner on his retirement at the previous State Election in 2015.
