One of the oldest players in the Macleay Valley Cricket Association Garry Hawtin produced a masterclass with the ball on Saturday as he picked up figures of 4/0 off seven overs against competition leaders South West Rocks.

While the 63-year-old's heroics were enough to see Nulla C&G Electrics cause an upset, they weren't able to pick up a finals spot as they finished the regular season in bottom spot.
Hawtin, who describes his bowling as medium pace and at the stumps, has also earned bowling figures of 9/16 and a hat-trick in the past, but has never finished a spell without allowing a run.
"It's not very common, I have never seen anyone come close," Nulla second grade Captain Craig Lewthwaite told the Argus.
"He doesn't bowl very fast but he just hits the same spot over and over and it frustrates the batsman."
Hawtin has played cricket for the past 25-years and began playing with the Nulla side more than a decade ago.
"A few of us older guys have been playing together for 12-years now," Hawtin said.
"But the premierships have dried up ever since I joined."
