Nulla were chasing 151 and surpassed the total for a loss of four wickets in the 25th over.
Phillip Dowling was the star for Nulla with the bat as he 68 but the damage was done with the ball as Corey Crotty (3/15), Martin Nichols (3/35), Matt Haydon (2/33) and Lachlan Ayres (1/8) tore through the South West Rocks batting line up.
The victory means Nulla have cemented their place in first position with one round remaining in the regular season while the loss for South West Rocks means they will settle for third position.
In the other first grade match, Rovers were able to defend their 112 total to ensure they finish in second place at the end of the season.
Stuarts Point/Eungai managed 76 in response as Rovers' bowling efforts led them to victory.
