South Australia, parts of the Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania are expected to sweat with high temperatures forecast.
According to Weatherzone the top temperature for Kempsey today is 31 degrees, while tomorrow will be relatively the same with the expected temperature to be 32 degrees.
Wednesday and Thursday will both reach 33, before it heats up for Friday and Saturday when temperatures are expected to reach 35 and 36 degrees.
The temperature is set to drop dramaticly on Sunday though, with the maximum of 28 degrees expected.
Holiday makers and locals are reminded to be sun safe while out and about as the UV index is predicted to be extreme for the entire week.
