Amy Connors did not appear in court but was represented by her lawyer, Scott James.
The investigation into the matter is continuing.

Police will allege that between July 2 and 22, Ms Connors passed sensitive information to prisoners, engaged in an intimate relationship with a prisoner, and failed to disclose a conflict of interest, relating to her duties at a correctional facility on the Mid North Coast.
The case will return to court on January 23 2019, when Ms Connors will again be excused from appearing in court.
