A MAN is due in court tomorrow charged with multiple fraud and property offences after being arrested in Kempsey for breaching bail.

Officers from the Mid North Coast District have been investigating fraud, property and stolen vehicle offences in the Kempsey and Smithtown areas between November 12 and November 13.
Following inquiries, police arrested a 23-year-old man on Elbow St, West Kempsey, about 5.30pm on Friday, and took him to Kempsey Police Station.

The man has now been charged with 13 offences including aggravated break, enter and steal, relating to a break-in on a home on Belmore St at Smithtown last Monday.
He has also been charged with 10 counts of fraud/obtain property by deception, and take/drive conveyance after a vehicle was stolen from James Carney Cl, West Kempsey.
He has also been charged with drive while unlicensed, as well as breach of bail.
The man, who is from West Kempsey, was bail refused and appeared in Port Macquarie Local Court on Saturday.
He was again refused bail to appear before Kempsey Local Court tomorrow.
