Police have put two men before the courts following extensive investigations into trespass, property and domestic violence offences in the Kempsey area.

Officers from the Mid North Coast Police District have been investigating reports of trespasses, break and enters and stealing offences at properties in Dondingalong, West Kempsey and South Kempsey last Sunday November 4.
A utility was stolen from a property in South Kempsey that day and later used in another alleged break and enter at Dondingalong in which televisions and artworks were stolen.
Following inquiries, the utility was found near Burnt Bridge on Tuesday November 6 and taken for forensic examination.
Inquiries continued and about 11am Thursday November 8, police attached to Mid North Coast Target Action Group arrested a 33-year-old man at a home in South Kempsey.
He was taken to Kempsey Police Station and charged with enter enclosed lands, be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner, and aggravated break and enter dwelling etc in company/steal.
A second man was arrested and charged with multiple property offences as well as a domestic violence-related assault in West Kempsey on Thursday.
Officers had also been called to a property in South Kempsey, earlier the same day, responding to reports of a domestic-violence assault.
Following extensive inquiries, police arrested 23-year-old man at a home in West Kempsey, at about 5.30pm on Thursday.
He was taken to Kempsey Police Station where he was charged with common assault (DV), enter enclosed lands, and being carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner. He was also served with an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO).
Both men were refused bail and appeared in Kempsey Local Court yesterday (Friday November 9) where they were granted conditional bail to re-appear in the same court on Monday 17 December 2018.
