Brady Hollis has been selected as the Kempsey Macleay RSL Club’s Sportsperson of the Month for his achievements in September.

The 15-year-old recently competed in two events at the NSW Combined High Schools Athletics Championships held at Sydney Olympic Park.
The Melville High School student finished in third place in the state in the high jump event, jumping an impressive 1.80m.
Brady also earned a 10th place in NSW in the long jump event.
For his selection as Sportsperson of the Month, Brady received a $100 voucher for the RSL’s restaurant.

A sportsperson of the year will be decided upon in January 2019 with an additional voucher of $500 for the restaurant awarded to the winner.
A panel of judges from the Macleay Argus will determine the monthly and year winners of the award.
Nominations need to be submitted by the first day of the next month.
