Kempsey Fire and Rescue received a call to the house fire at 6.14pm and arrived on scene eight minutes later.
The property was fully involved with fire when firefighters arrived.
Three trucks from Kempsey Fire and Rescue responded to the the call.
The property was completely gutted and there was structural collapse.
The fire was controlled at 6.33pm and extinguished at 7.12pm.
The property was unoccupied at the time of the fire.
Police, Ambulance and Essential Energy also attended the scene.
