The Macleay Valley Community Drug Action Team (MVCDAT) is holding a series of free Educational Workshops on the effects of Alcohol on the Unborn Child (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome FAS) and Healthy Living.

The educational component of the workshop will be provided by North Coast Local Health District followed by discussion in an informal atmosphere.
A Healthy Living Lifestyle element consisting of nutrition and a gentle exercise program of Tai Chi.
All are welcome to attend; men and women, especially Elders.
Where: Kempsey Campus of TAFE, situated at the corner of Dangar and Sea St, West Kempsey.
Time: 11am – 2pm.
Dates: Wednesday August 29, Wednesday September 26 and Wednesday October 31.
